Our workshop instructor for this event will be Fake Mustache Veteran James Dean.
This workshop will cover the introduction to being a live show mcing with considerations for a variety of types of live performance.
This workshop will include:
-Boosting Performers: Names (Pronouns)/Annoucnements, Sponosr recognition, kittens/cubs, and bios.
-Set List Logisitcs: Mess, Water, Glitter, Costume Pieces and Fire.
-Back Stage: Cast Organization, Need to Knows, Timing Considerations, Accessibility
-Tech: Mic/Speakers, Recommended Gear on Hand
-Stalls: Quick Games, Creative Solutions, Soap Box Limits
– Hecklers, Anxiety, Tough Crowds and Safety
This workshop will be spilt into 3 parts

Be prepared to spend some time on stage talking into a live mic. you can wear anything you would like, it is recommended that some part of your attire include a pocket (of some creation) you could fit a cell phone into.
The workshop will run from 3-5:30pm at Dickens Pub on April 29th, the workshop will be offered by Donation.
