Calgary Pride and the Trans Equality Society of Alberta (TESA) are partnering to host a free event for all members, allies, and supporters of the trans community for the Trans Day of Visibility on March 31, 2016. This is an opportunity to celebrate the community, its individuals and accomplishments, and increase visibility and awareness for the transgender and gender diverse communities.
We invite you to join us in the heart of Calgary at the Jack Singer Concert Hall Lobby, where we will be joined by distinguished guests and community members for a cocktail reception and presentation. Together, we will acknowledge the achievements of the past, celebrate the present through personal and relevant stories from trans individuals, and continue building an inclusive and equitable society for tomorrow.
To assist us with preparations, please RSVP by March 24 here.
