About the Facilitator:
Johnathan Kuipers is a new staff hire at Calgary Outlink. He has been working in the LGBTQ2S+ community since 2008 and has a wealth of experience in diversity related social work. Johnathan comes to us with the goal of building capacity in the community and is excited to share some of the the knowledge he has gained over the years. Johnathan considers himself a mindfulness based practitioner and is always open to new opportunities for learning in unexpected and nontraditional ways. After conducting research and having facilitating on trauma informed practice numerous times, Johnathan is excited to offer this challenging and rewarding workshop for our community.
